We were delighted with the work that Oaktree carried out for GCT at our new office in Welwyn Garden City. We had no experience of fitting out an office, but with help from Steve, Carl, Naomi and Glenn we've mangaged to delivery an office for our team which we can be very proud of, they love it.
We were helped with general concept plans including a detailed budget, choosing furniture, fittings and design. Plans were amended along the way, the additions and subtractions were transparent from a budget point of view.
When it came to the build the project managemenmt aspects were truly excellent, they certainly went beyond my expectations, A special word for Glenn our Project Manager and his team who did a great job, nothing was too much trouble.
